  • Abstract
We report the prenatal diagnosis of an unusual case of fistula between left ventricle – both right and left coronary arteries – pulmonary artery in a fetus at 23 weeks of gestation. Bidirectional flow in the both coronary arteries was demonstrated, and the coronary arteries were shown to be filled via the fistula during systole. Hypoplastic left ventricle was associated and we hypothesize that the presence of both fistula was the primary cause of hypoplastic left heart syndrome (HLHS). The parent was informed for poor prognosis of ventriculocoronary arterial fistula and HLHS and they opted the termination. The autopsy confirmed the prenatal findings.
