Abstract Submission

Instructions

Authors are requested to study the instructions below before preparing and submitting the abstract.

Abstracts are subject to review. Abstract acceptance, program scheduling and the form of presentation will be communicated via email only to the person entered in the Address for Correspondence section.

Abstracts are invited for oral and poster presentations for the subspecialty sessions (Sunday 21 – Tuesday 23 June) or the general seesions (Wednesday 24 – Thursday 25 June).

Each presenter will be limited to 2 presentations (including oral and poster presentations) during the congress.

The presenter for each abstract must be registered before Tuesday 27 March 2009 or the abstract may be withdrawn from the congress program.

Abstracts must be submitted and presented in English. Text should be entered in upper and lower case.

DO NOT TYPE ABSTRACT TITLES OR ABSTRACT TEXT ALL IN CAPITAL LETTERS.

The abstract should include objective, methods, results and conclusions. Only standard abbreviations may be used.

Abstracts submitted for presentation will be published exactly as submitted. Copy should be checked for accuracy and misspelling prior to submission.

Do not send multiple submissions of the same abstract. Note your abstract submission number and password for access to your abstract for editing prior to the submission deadline.
