PCCS 2009

The 5th World Congress of Pediatric Cardiology and Cardiac Surgery took place from June 21 to June 26 2009.

The Congress was a resounding success, attracting well over 2000 delegates from 81 countries. The Congress provided people from around the world with an opportunity to interact professionally and socially.

The Organising Committee of the 5th World Congress of Paediatric Cardiology and Cardiac Surgery wishes to thank all of those who participated in the World Congress held at the Cairns Convention Centre, Cairns, Australia in June 2009.

PCCS 2009 Satchels
The satchels left over from Paediatric Cardiology Congress have been sent to Ghana and also aboriginal communities in the Gulf. The bags sent to Ghana were given to the children in the rehab centres for the child soldiers. The satchels sent to the 'Go West' program have provided each of the kids with a bag to hold other teaching/learning material.

CME Certificates
If you require a CME certificate please email the Congress office with your registration number and the number of hours you are claiming for and one will be posted to you via regular mail. Those requiring an electronic version, or posted express, will incur a small charge of AUD 30 for each certificate to cover postage charge.
